Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item — whether for an exchange, a refund, or a claim for a defective product.
Return Conditions
Change of Mind:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
We will review your case and, if approved, cover the return costs.
Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive the wrong product, contact us right away. We will cover return costs and send you the correct item.
Lost Shipments:
If your product never arrives, contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
To initiate a return, send an email to our customer service team at support@shopniftys.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you a return authorization and return label to print.
3. Prepare Your Return
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all labels, manuals, and accessories.
Attach the provided return label to your parcel and ship it back.
Return Costs
Defective Products:
If the item is defective or damaged, ShopNiftys covers all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind:
If you changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
No Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees will be charged for any returned product.
Return Instructions
Notification: Contact us at support@shopniftys.com indicating your order number and the reasons for your return (if applicable).
Return Authorization: Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email containing the return authorization, the return address, and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.
Packaging: Place the item back in its original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and associated documentation.
Shipping: Drop off the package at the carrier's collection point or schedule a pickup, according to the instructions provided.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so and receive a full refund.
After Shipment:
