If you’ve changed your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 60 minutes of purchase.

Cancellation Conditions

For your cancellation request to be valid, the following conditions apply:

Before Shipment:

You may cancel or modify your order only before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, our Return Policy will apply instead.

After Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, you can still request a return or exchange after receiving your package. Our support team will guide you through the process quickly and easily.

Cancellation Confirmation

If you canceled your order using the cancellation link in your confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your cancellation was successful.

If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at support@shopniftys.com with your order number, and we will ensure the issue is resolved.

Issues with Automatic Cancellation
